Episode One Five Two: A One Shot about a Side Quest.  

Recorded November 22^nd 2020

It happened.  We recap and react to The Mandalorian season two episode four entitled “The Siege”, and it happened.  We got bored with The Mandalorian.  Chris, Andrew and Patrick all react similarly to the mid-point in this season of the Disney+ series.  Our near identical reactions may not lead to much intense disagreement but it does lead to some deep dive hypothesizing regarding the future of the series.    

As a special epilogue Christopher shares his feelings on the Supernatural series finale.  Andrew may undertake a complete re-watch of the series.  It will likely take him the term of his natural life.

 Appropriately, Trivia is Supernatural themed and is impossible.

One Five Zero: More than Space Wizards with laser swords

This week is more of a One Shot than last week. We dive deep into Season 2 Episode 2 of the Mandalorian.  The episode is aptly named “The Passenger” but it could have been easily named Baby Yoda eats unfertilized eggs.  The Mandalorian as a show is carrying the banner for Star Wars right now and we couldn’t be happier about it.  The Mandalorian as a character is carrying troublesome cargo all over the Outer Rim and it might just get him killed.

We also lament the passing of The GOAT Alex Trebek.

Trivia is Star Wars themed and Chris cheats (a little).

One Four Nine:  This was supposed to be a One Shot

Well, this was supposed to be our first episode in a series of One Shots where we focus on episodes of The Mandalorian.  And we do talk about The Mandalorian season 2 episode 1 in great detail, but we veer into other territory along the way.  We lament the passing of icon Sean Connery.  He was James Bond, Henry Jones Sr., Captain Marko Ramius and Juan Sanchez Villa Lobos Ramirez just to name a few.

Christopher has a dawn patrol Gloomhaven session and nearly recruits Andrew and Patrick to join the tabletop game’s expansion kickstarter.

No trivia this week is met with protests.  It will return next week.Be a hero, wear a mask
